Requirements:

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Creative Director or senior creative leader within consumer, lifestyle, apparel, or brand-driven organizations
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating brand evolution, not just campaign-based work
  • Deep understanding of visual identity systems and how they function across multiple channels

IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST — SPRINGFIELD, OR

Richardson Sports is a premium brand focused on headwear, team uniforms, and performance apparel.

This is an entry-level position responsible for providing end-user technical support while assisting in the maintenance and administration of Richardson Sports’ network, server, and cloud infrastructure. This position is onsite and based in the office five days per week, serving as a primary point of contact for employee technical support while assisting with systems and network administration. Success in this role requires strong problem solving, troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.

Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-user workstation hardware and software technical support, particularly troubleshooting connectivity and workstation-network issues
  • Manage user access, permissions, and onboarding/offboarding tasks in a Microsoft 365 environment
  • Support maintenance of Windows Server and Active Directory environments
  • Support regular patching and updates of Windows Server and desktop operating systems
  • Assist with VoIP phone system configuration and maintenance, including phone numbers, extensions, call routing, and voicemail

  • Assist with filming, photographing, and editing still and video content for social media, from concept through final delivery.
  • Contribute ideas for content that connects with Richardson’s audiences in an authentic and engaging way.
  • Stay current on social media trends, platform features, and emerging formats, and bring relevant ideas to the team.

Copywriting & Content Support

  • Write captions, social copy, and short-form content that reflects Richardson’s brand voice.
  • Support the Marketing Specialist in maintaining Richardson’s social media content calendar, scheduling posts and ensuring publishing cadence stays on track.
  • Assist with content organization and asset management to support the broader team’s workflow.

Brand Marketing Support

  • Support the production of campaign and brand content, assisting with model procurement, shoot logistics, on-site content capture, and asset organization.
  • Contribute to brand marketing initiatives as needed, supporting campaign execution, asset coordination, and creative projects across the team.

PRODUCTION MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN - SWING SHIFT — SPRINGFIELD, OR

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 3:00pm-2:00am, overtime as needed. (Three day weekends!!)

The Production Maintenance Technician keeps our production floor running. This role is responsible for maintaining and repairing the equipment used in our headwear manufacturing operations, including industrial embroidery machines, heat press equipment, automated cutting systems, forming and finishing equipment, air compressors, and material handling systems.

You’ll handle preventive maintenance, troubleshoot breakdowns, and respond quickly when equipment goes down. This includes working on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to get machines back up and running safely and efficiently.

This position supports daily production by completing work orders, diagnosing issues, replacing parts, performing equipment adjustments, and helping reduce downtime. You’ll work closely with production supervisors and operators to keep operations moving and maintain a safe work environment.

  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, pneumatic, and HVAC systems
  • Diagnose equipment malfunctions and complete timely repairs
  • Execute preventive maintenance programs to reduce equipment failure
  • Repair and replace bearings, gears, bushings, chains, belts, sheaves, pulleys, and perform motor alignments
  • Install, remove, and relocate equipment, machinery, and light roll conveyors
  • Support facility improvement and construction projects, including carpentry, drywall repair, painting, concrete work, welding, fabrication, and low-voltage electrical work
  • Troubleshoot and maintain pneumatic systems, including valves, cylinders, and compressors

  • Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and equipment manuals

Richardson Sports is seeking a motivated and hands-on Production Supervisor to join our manufacturing team in Springfield, Oregon. This role is responsible for supervising daily production operations while leading, developing, and supporting a team in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment. The Production Supervisor works closely with the Production Manager and other department leaders to ensure production goals are met while maintaining high standards for quality, efficiency, safety, and employee engagement.

 · Assist the Production Manager and fellow Department Supervisors in continuously improving production systems, including production control, standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety programs, quality standards, and performance management processes.

· Ensure compliance with all company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and established safety protocols, and actively promote a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

· Foster effective employee relations by providing coaching, training, and development; make day-to-day employment decisions; and address employee concerns through timely and professional problem resolution.

Education and Experience

· High school diploma or GED required.

· One to three years of related supervisory or production experience and/or equivalent training required.

· Experience working with ERP, WMS, CRM, or Work Order Management systems preferred.

· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace (e.g., Excel/Sheets, Word/Docs, email, basic reporting).

· Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus.

Who You’ll Work With

This role reports to Richardson’s Marketing Director. You will work directly with Richardson’s Marketing Specialist and Brand Design team, as well as cross-functionally with the greater Richardson organization. You will also collaborate with and help guide external partners and agencies.

 

Key Responsibilities:Brand & Campaign Execution

  • Lead and manage brand marketing initiatives across campaigns, content, digital channels, product communications, and seasonal moments.
  • Oversee day-to-day execution, ensuring all creative, assets, deliverables, and approvals stay on track.

Marketing Operations & Project Management

  • Own marketing workflow and project management across teams and tools.
  • Improve processes, build operational efficiencies, and streamline approvals to keep the team moving with clarity and confidence.
  • Assist in managing the marketing calendar, ensuring alignment across product releases, storytelling moments, trade shows, and cross-functional priorities.

Content Production

  • Produce in-house campaign shoots, including logistics, timelines, budgets, crew/talent support, and on-site problem-solving.
  • Work cross-functionally with creative teams to ensure content aligns with Richardson’s voice, tone, audiences, and brand values.

Trade Show & Experiential Marketing

  • Lead planning, logistics, and execution of trade shows and experiential activations.
  • Manage booth assets, samples, timelines, vendor coordination, and on-site presence.

Digital Marketing & Advertising

  • Partner with internal teams to plan, implement, and optimize digital marketing and advertising, including email, social, website, and print.
  • Ensure all content reflects consistent messaging, visual storytelling, and audience relevance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Partner with internal teams to support product launches and storytelling moments.
  • Coordinate with agencies, freelancers, and vendors to ensure high-quality, on-brand deliverables.
  • Build positive relationships with teammates, customers, and brand partners to increase engagement and amplify the Richardson story.

Budget & Performance Tracking

  • Support budget management, vendor estimates, and reconciliation for campaigns, shoots, and experiential initiatives.
  • Assist with tracking and reporting on marketing metrics to inform continuous improvement and future planning.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; or 5–7 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
  • 4–6 years of experience in brand marketing, social media management, marketing operations, and /or project management at a brand or marketing agency.
  • Proven experience managing marketing campaigns from planning through launch.
  • Strong understanding of content production, social media, digital marketing, and creative processes.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple competing priorities.
  • Experience with trade show planning, experiential marketing, or event logistics.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools such as Monday.com, HubSpot, Canto, Figma, GA4, and WordPress.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and experience with performance reporting.
  • High emotional intelligence with a collaborative, team-first mindset.
