It is not a thriller, a spy novel or a cold war movie, it’s the sad reality of totalitarian shithole “Germany”.

The biggest judicial scandal of all times in Germany sees political prisoner Reiner Fuellmich sentenced to three-and-a-half years’ imprisonment, repayment of two allegedly embezzled sums of money (€200K and €500K) plus court fees by a kangaroo court composed of corrupt “judges” and bribed “prosecutors” acting on behalf of secret services who were tasked to “eliminate” Reiner by all means, including fabricating charges.

This dossier, leaked to Miseré by a whistleblower, contains an order given in 2021 to find, or alternatively “create” grounds to criminally prosecute Fuellmich, and demonstrates that Reiner Fuellmich was already under special surveillance as far back as 2021. The dossier states that Fuellmich must be stopped at all costs, that a case must be “constructed” against him, and how this must be achieved. It said:
“The attribution or the possibility of obtaining a politically exposed position must be prevented by any means provided for by the rule of law. Recruitment and involvement of trusted persons amongst Reiner Fuellmich’s closest circle is recommended. It is necessary to prepare a criminal case against Reiner Fuellmich. This includes collaboration, therefore, of prosecutors and the preparation of charges in case of proven violations of the law. All necessary constructions must be evaluated and suitable third parties recruited.
The verdict is a retribution from the “globalists” who control the “German” puppet regime to Reiner for having hit the motherload with his Corona Committee, Grand Jury and ICIC Law. A revenge by the establishment against the Man who destroyed their ‘covid’ scam narrative and prepared their future trial for the crimes they committed during the coup.

Marcel Templin’s law firm was raided at some time in 2023, it is probably when he got a ‘deal’ from the regime, selling out his Corona Committee partner in exchange of ‘immunity’ and keeping Reiner’s money.

An unpublished part of the BKA/BND (equivalent of the CIA in Germany) file shows that a politician, Marcel Luthe, had infiltrated Marcel Templin’s entourage and the so-called conspiracy circles.
Vivianne Fischer: This part-time “lawyer” is also a “hat designer” (on Grand Jury, she’s the one that looks weird and out of place). Reiner would later say that he should have followed his instincts regarding her. While her complaint was rejected by the kangaroo court, she betrayed Reiner for various reasons, partly to save her ass and partly for financial gain.
2/ Which politicians are behind it and who is behind them?
Reiner was under surveillance by the BKA/BND already since 2021, so whatever the puppet in power at the time and after, they are all into it, Merkel, Scholz and former Blackrock employee Merz. It is also important to note that most members of the current German Bundestag, including AfD, have been contacted by various people and multiple times to act in Reiner‘s political trial. None of them ever answered. Like many so-called “alt-media”, the German “parliament” is full of regime apparatchiks and controlled opposition figures.
Is very active, and very mediatic. He notably recently launched a complaint about the last rigged German elections that saw the same regime re-installed in power thanks to massive fraud and vote irregularities that eliminated popular candidates like Sahra Wagenknecht.

Thomas Haldenwang, one of the main people responsible for the covid coup in Germany and, it is alleged, for the political prosecution of Reiner Fuellmich, built his career as a civil servant. worked 12 years in total for the Federal Ministry of the Interior and for Home Aìairs (BMI). In 2009, he joined the BfV ( Secret Services) in 2009, becoming its president in 2018.
The pig left the Secret Services on 24 November 2024 to pursue his current political ambition. He failed as he lost in the last elections.

Carsten Schindler Trial
Judge Carsten Schindler is presiding over what has been described as a kangaroo court proceeding against Dr. Reiner Fuellmich. This description refers to a court that ignores recognized standards of law or justice and comes to a predetermined conclusion, often disregarding due process. In Fuellmich’s case, Schindler has rejected motions presented by defense lawyers without explanation, ordered that defense motions and arguments be presented in writing only, and refused to allow key witnesses to testify. Additionally, Schindler has interrupted and admonished Fuellmich multiple times during his final closing statement, raising concerns about the fairness of the trial.

After the facts charged had proven to be falsehoods, the proceedings against Fuellmich should have been dropped and he should have been acquitted and released immediately. Instead, on May 3, 2024 the presiding judge replaced the charged facts with new allegations, fabricated by the presiding judge himself, which were equally unsubstantiated;
- This continued and deliberate nonobservance (violation) of the law by judge Schindler as well as other members of the court, constitutes obstruction of justice, a crime punishable by at least one year of imprisonment.
