R. Fleming Construction has been building homes and communities in Rochester, Minnesota for more than 35 years. Founded in 1988 by local builder Robert “Bob” Fleming, our company began with a simple belief: that exceptional craftsmanship and genuine service should always go hand in hand.

At R. Fleming, family is at the heart of everything we do. Bob is joined by his children Niki and Drew Fleming, both licensed real estate professionals with Engel & Völkers Rochester.
