Our Executive Team
REZYFi, Inc. and its operating subsidiary, ResMac, Inc., were founded by industry-leading mortgage, real estate and banking professionals.
Through their connections, subject matter expertise, and more than 50 years of combined industry experience, the team has grown the organization. The level of success achieved by this team can be attributed to early capital infusion by the executive members, a strong southern California mortgage and housing sector, management foresight to expand into other states, and likely most importantly to direct involvement in the day-to-day operations of the business by the executives, who are also the majority shareholders and primary funders of the corporation.

Huy John Vu
Chief Executive Officer
Huy John Vu is our Chief Executive Officer and director, these positions he has held since December 2021. Prior to this role Mr. Vu served as Corporate Counsel at California International Bank, N.A., a community bank from January 2016 to April 2018. From January 2018 to present, Mr. Vu has been an owner of Lightspeed Mortgage, Inc. and served as its CEO. Mr. Vu holds a B.S. from the University of California-Irvine and a Juris Doctor from Trinity Law School.
We believe that Mr. Vu’s extensive experience in the banking/mortgage industries qualifies him to serve as a member of our board of directors.
JJ Zhang
Chief Operating Officer
JJ Zhang is our Chief Operating Officer and Chairperson, these positions he has held since December 2021. Prior to this role JJ Zhang, Esq. is a seasoned legal and business professional with over ten years of experience in law, real estate, hotel operations, mortgage banking, and development. Since 2005, he has successfully led and expanded a family-owned building materials business in the U.S., diversifying into hotel operations, residential and commercial real estate, and mortgage banking.
As Co-founder of Alliance Development Fellows, LLC, Mr. Zhang has managed numerous hotel projects from pre-construction to occupancy, including the high-end Carte Hotel San Diego Downtown, a Curio Collection by Hilton property. His real estate development expertise spans large-scale projects from planning to execution, managing properties valued over $100 million.
In his role as Vice President and General Counsel at ResMac, Inc. since October 2014, Mr. Zhang has overseen corporate compliance and mortgage operations, significantly contributing to the company’s growth and stability.
Mr. Zhang holds a Juris Doctorate from Western State College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Irvine. He is a licensed California Real Estate Broker, enhancing his real estate brokerage and investment expertise.
Fluent in multiple languages and with a vast investor network, Mr. Zhang’s diverse background and leadership in mortgage and real estate development make him an asset to any organization.

Yury Pyatigorsky
Chief Financial Officer
Yury Pyatigorsky, CFA, is Rezify’s Chief Financial Officer, a position he has held since May 2024. In addition, he has been Chief Financial Officer for ResMac, Inc, a subsidiary of Rezify, since November 2023. Between August 2022 and November 2023, Mr. Pyatigorsky consulted for several Independent Mortgage Banks (IMBs), assisting in finance, accounting, and capital markets.
From April 2012 to August 2023, Mr. Pyatigorsky was with Sun West Mortgage Company, Inc, first as the CGO/Senior Controller (until January 2021), and then as the Chief Investment Officer. Prior to April 2012, Mr. Pyatigorsky worked for several mortgage companies in Capital Markets, Structured Finance, Corporate Finance, and Corporate Development roles.
In total, Mr. Pyatigorsky has over 27 years of experience with both public (including mortgage REITs) and private companies in areas such as securitizations, P&L and balance sheet management, forecasting/budgeting, risk management/hedging, capital/liquidity/warehouse loan management, corporate finance, and capital raises.
Yury Pyatigorsky was appointed to the board as Chief Operating Officer of REZYFI on May 1, 2024.

Owen May
Independent
Owen May was appointed as a member of our board of directors on June 3, 2024, however his position will not be effective until the effectiveness of the registration statement of which this prospectus is a part. Mr. May is the CEO of MDG Partners, LLC, a Manhattan-based investment bank that serves small cap and middle market companies, a position he has held since September 2008. Mr. May has additionally served as a board member for Duke University and for the Curzon Energy London Stock Exchange. Mr. May holds a BS in Biology from the University of Miami and an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
We believe Mr. May is qualified to serve on our board of directors based on his extensive investment banking and corporate advisory experience.
Paul Chiarelli
Independent
Paul Chiarelli was appointed as a member of our board of directors on February 20, 2024, however his position will not be effective until the effectiveness of the registration statement of which this prospectus is a part. Mr. Chiarelli is a partner at Acquavella, Chiarelli, Shuster LLP a certified public accounting and advisory firm, a position he has held since August of 2017, prior to which he was a manager, a position he held beginning in 2013. Prior to this role Mr. Chiarelli served as a Senior Accountant at Eisner Amper from 2010 to 2013. Mr. Chiarelli holds a B.A. in Accounting and Finance from Rutgers University Camden
We believe Mr. Chiarelli is qualified to serve on our board of directors based on his public accounting experience.
Ronald Stauber
Independent
Ronald Stauber was appointed as a member of our board of directors on March 5, 2024, however his position will not be effective until the effectiveness of the registration statement of which this prospectus is a part. Mr. Stauber is the principal of Stauber Law Offices and specializes in corporate and business law where he advises companies in financing, private and public offerings, direct placements, PIPEs and other financial placements. Mr. Stauber has also served as a principal at other law firms, served as judge Pro Tem in the Los Angeles County Superior Court and as a Mediator in the Riverside County Superior Court. Mr. Stauber received his B.A. from the University of Toledo and his Juris Doctor Degree from the Ohio State University Moritz College of Law.
We believe Mr. Stauber is qualified to serve on our board of directors based on his extensive legal experience advising clients on corporate and finance matters.
