Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was:

  • Defective
  • Incorrect

We recommend using tracked shipping, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages without tracking.

5. Refunds

Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
