5. Service Availability

5.1. Retrod strives to provide 99% uptime; temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

5.2. Retrod is not liable for delays or failures caused by factors beyond reasonable control.

6. Termination

6.1. Retrod may suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment, violations of these Terms, or fraudulent/illegal activity.

6.2. Upon termination, access ends; you may request a copy of your stored data within 30 days.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1. All content, features, and functionality (including software, logos, graphics, and documentation) are owned by Retrod or its licensors.

7.2. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability
