RetroBike is a remake for Android of the classic Excite Bike for NES. The concept is the same: to get your bike to the finish line before your opponents do, jumping and dodging spiked obstacles on the way.
The controls RetroBike are very simple and well adapted to touchscreens: tapping the right side of the screen changes your bike lane, while your left thumb can press the turbo button.
At the beginning of the game, you have just one bike, but you can unlock some dozen different vehicles as you progress. Some, like the broom, even let you do special actions like flying. Other fun vehicles include Son Goku's cloud, Indiana Jones's bike, or a shopping cart.
RetroBike is a fun 2D racing game offering a perfect balance between an homage to a classic and the freshness of a new game.
