Lynn Souza (Skorpeo)
CEO
Lynn (she/her) is a hard-driving, goal-oriented professional who has paved her own path over the last 20 years, as one of the few female owner-CEOs in cybersecurity on the East Coast. Under her leadership, her company has made the Inc. 5000 list four times in the last eight years, and she was awarded Enterprising Women of the Year in 2018. A former Division I athlete with the Providence College Friars, Lynn leads her team with the focus and discipline of a competitive athlete, believing that talent is a studio’s greatest asset and encouraging her team to strive for excellence daily. An eternal optimist with a can-do attitude, Lynn brings an extraordinary level of enthusiasm and unwavering conviction to every endeavor.
Jon Lorenzo (Zyros/Z)
Production Manager
Zyros (Z) (he/him) leverages extensive experience in VR and MMORPGs to steer the production of Eldramoor at Resolute Games. Starting his VR adventure with the Oculus Rift in 2016, he has been instrumental in community building and development, notably contributing to the VR MMORPG Zenith: The Last City and its action-RPG mode, Zenith: Infinite Realms.
Paul Nirenberg (Eap5000)
Director of Game Design
Paul Nirenberg (he/him) made his debut in game design at the age of nine with a board game that almost certainly wasn’t a rip off of Candy Land. Since then, he has been honing his skills across the design spectrum with entries in RPGs, Sports Games, Escape Rooms, Management Sims, and many more. These eclectic experiences coalesce into a developer both fearless in the face of new territory and wise from lessons learned.
Ryan Fredlund (Bookdude13)
Director of Engineering
Ryan (he/him) has always been fascinated by VR. When Covid struck he got himself a Quest 2 and dove into VR rhythm games like Synth Riders and AUDICA, becoming active in those modding communities and developing a separate VR app for custom content management. He contributed the VR MMORPG Zenith: The Last City and its action-RPG mode, Zenith: Infinite Realms for a year as a gameplay engineer.
Thomas Pasieka (Morien)
Art Director
Thomas (he/him) is a passionate Art Director and Senior 3D Artist with a deep love for creating immersive experiences. An early adopter of VR (DK1) and a long-time VR enthusiast, Thomas has worked on a variety of exciting projects, including Stranger Things VR, Golf+, Drone Racing League, and several non-game projects. He has collaborated with top companies such as Meta, Disney, Unity, Autodesk, Nexus Studios, and many more.
Austin Herrington (AustinHH)
QA Lead
Austin (he/him) is a VR developer and QA professional that has been making VR games since 2017. Austin's QA credits include Halo Infinite, Ori and the Will of the Wisps, Forza Motorsport, MX vs ATV Legends, as well as working as a game designer on multiple VR games including Zenith: Nexus.
Burke Seeger (FourOfSpades)

Burke (he/him) is completing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with a minor in Cybersecurity. His journey into VR MMORPGs began with OrbusVR, where he met the challenge of dwindling updates by creating mods that introduced new enemies and classes, sparking his ambition to develop an original game.
Chris Janocha (Buttermouse)
Gameplay Designer
Chris (he/him) is a game designer who specializes in gameplay and systems design. A veteran of the VRMMORPG space, Chris designed content and large features for Zenith: Nexus, and has also worked on projects for Activision Blizzard, Google, Wargaming.net and more.
Courtney Chavez (LocalCryptid)

An ex-Blizzard Lore Historian on World of Warcraft, Courtney Chavez (she/her) is no stranger to navigating intricate fantasy worlds. She got her start writing character dialogue at Turtle Rock Studios and now channels her expertise into crafting rich game worlds and systems in Eldramoor.
Jamie Sandstrom
Character & Creature Artist
Jamie (she/her) has had an interest in strange creatures and video games since childhood. Combining these lead to a passion for art which turned into a nearly 10 year professional career in 3D game art. She has created assets for RPGs including Wayfinder and Yuga Lab's MMO Otherside as well as several other unreleased VR games.
Jordan Chin (Jordanchinmusic)
Audio Lead
Jordan (he/him) found a home at the intersection of his two greatest passions: music and gaming. As a longtime drummer, guitarist, and songwriter, he brings a distinct band-focused approach to game audio, with a heavy emphasis on collaboration and storytelling.
Justin Deffner (Mishka)
Junior Game Designer
Mishka (he/him) is a devoted video game enthusiast, with over 4,500 hours in the VR MMORPG OrbusVR alone and thousands more across other VR titles.
Kelli James (Tw1ddl3)
Social Media & Community Manager
Kelli (she/her) is a storyteller, artist, and lifelong gamer with an English degree focused on Creative Writing. Her love for gaming started with Atari and grew through the NES and beyond, shaped by a childhood filled with indie titles, which sparked a forever love for small titles and creators. She is thrilled to contribute to the Resolute Team as a Community Manager.
Luke Olsson (Pckables)
Character Animator
Luke Olsson (he/him) grew up with every Disney MMORPG under the sun, eventually moved to World of Warcraft, and is currently taking a break from all of that in Final Fantasy 14. Helped develop a VR training tool in University, and after graduating, spent years making animations and modding A Hat in Time as an introduction to game development.
Mackenzie Fox (Chronicle Fox)

Mack (she/they) is an award-winning game developer with five years of experience as an artist and designer. She began her career in educational games, contributing to multiple shipped titles through UConn. Since then, Mack has shifted from the academic play space to the realm of Eldramoor, combining her experience in VR development with her love of fantasy.
Oliver Meier (Continuum)
Game Engineer
Oliver (he/him) began his VR journey with the Rift CV1, quickly immersing himself in the AUDICA community, where he created content, mods, and maintained a popular tool for chart creation. His passion for VR led him to work on the VR MMORPG Zenith: The Last City and its season-based, action-adventure RPG mode, Zenith: Infinite Realms, contributing as a Gameplay Engineer over two years.
Rob Bedford (Anhanga)
Backend Engineer
Rob, much to his wife's chagrin, has been playing video games, card games, board games and sometimes mind games for longer than he cares to remember. His first experience with multiplayer games was back in the days of text-based MUDs. Eventually getting bored of just playing, he decided to start getting into C and learning code, and area development, where he took inspiration from the Wheel of Time series and re-created the Aiel Waste for the MUD.

Wesley (he/him) is a Concept Artist with over two years of experience, specializing in characters, creatures, and props. He got his start in the industry by taking on small freelance projects for games and animations, learning and sharpening his style along the way.

Drew (he/him) has been playing video games for as long as he can remember, mostly focusing on MMOs and puzzle games. After earning a bachelor's degree in television production, he decided to shift his focus to game development, and began working on independent projects to hone his production and design skills.
Stone Reaves (Stone The One)
Narrative & Game Design Intern
Stone (he/him) is a true lore enthusiast who began his journey by creating a public Discord server to catalog the most comprehensive collection of lore from the VR MMORPG OrbusVR. Known for his passion and rich narratives, Stone dives into the lore of nearly every game he plays.
Advisors
Becky Heineman
Rebecca (she/her) is a legend and considered to be the first national video game tournament champion, winning the Space Invaders championship in 1980. In 1983, she co-founded Interplay Productions as lead programmer, working on iconic titles like Wasteland, The Bard’s Tale, and Out of This World, as well as the Mac OS and 3DO ports of Wolfenstein 3D. She later co-founded Logicware, where she led projects including Jazz Jackrabbit 2 and oversaw key porting efforts.
Jae Lake
Jae (he/him) is a Technical Artist focused on crafting beautiful in-game experiences. With a background in VR, FPS, MOBA, and survival crafting games, Jae combines technical skill with a collaborative, support-driven approach. His gaming journey began with Everquest, inspiring his appreciation for inclusive spaces and shared stories in MMOs.
John Williams
John (he/him) is an experienced angel investor and advisor to early-stage companies, guiding entrepreneurs in go-to-market strategy, marketing, and pitch deck development. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Connecticut Angel Investor Forum and has supported several Advisory Boards, with a focus on strategic growth.
Stephen Slota
Stephen (they/them) is a learning scientist, game designer, and author advising the Eldramoor team on project visioning and narrative development. Holding a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology, Stephen has contributed to numerous game and instructional design projects with organizations like ASU’s Center for Games & Impact, Intel, and UConn.
