(IMPORTANT) poll conclusion & reserves/apps!
Hello everyone, and welcome to Day 26! For Days 26 & 27, we encourage you guys to have fun with the ICly available 12days introductions and plot amongst yourselves-- we won't be running any events otherwise so it can remain YMMV and no one gets left out during the move.
That's right, you heard me-- we're closing the poll now since about 95% of our players have voted, and the answer is clear: we're moving to DW! The results are here for your perusal, but long story short-- 76 to 16, yay/nay. We've already created the communities over on DW with the same names, and account creation will remain free and open for another couple weeks to accommodate all the RPers moving over! It was just answered in a support question on DW this morning.
There was a lot of emotionally-charged discussion on this topic, so we kindly ask that you not take it any further! The decision has been made, and whether you move or not is entirely up to you, and no one will judge your decisions; but no more grief needs to come from this move. On the other hand, if you do move over and you need any help whatsoever, just ask! We'll have a support post to organize for anyone that wants to assist their gamemates on any problems, as well as a list of resources down below and on that post as well (which I'll make after this entry on the DW OOC comm.)

Now, regarding the move!!: ACCOUNT CREATION IS FREE! so please make sure you at least create your accounts immediately before invite codes are an additional hassle. There will also be NO GAME HIATUS! No worries on that front as well, guys! Comm importing was super fast.
We'll be importing the main and logs comms over immediately, but please finish up any ongoing threads you have, or work out an assumed end on them & comment OOCly to end the thread as a reminder BEFORE the next two weeks! We'll be doing an additional and final import roundup on the evening of the 14th, and after that any new activity will be lost. We ask that all NEW posts/logs/etc activity are moved immediately to the DW communities, as well!
For this move, the only thing you guys will need to do is join the communities, and comment to the taken list on DW (we're leaving old comments up as a way to cross-reference who's moved and who hasn't, so please don't delete them! we'll do that to keep track of who we have, who we need to remind we're moving, and find out who's dropping.) We'll have open membership for a week to make sure everyone can join without hassle, and then we'll turn it back to moderated. START MOVING NEW ACTIVITY OVER IMMEDIATELY! You can also pick up where you've left off on threads on DW, from the imported LJ posts/comments, if you'd like! Then you won't have to worry about a cutoff.

Regarding applications & reserves!!: OKAY SO we are late! Yes, we know. Sorry about that! Reserves will be opening over on DW, and we'll be opening them right now. So please do spread the word to your friends interested in moving, and we'll be boosting the signal on plurk, rpac, and RP!S. Feel free to replurk/pimp everything out to anyone you know as well!
The reason for our belated opening of reserves is mostly that our poll was put up a little later in the game and we left it open longer for everyone to vote-- it put a bit of a damper on our schedule, so we're belated in getting eeeeverything updated (last-minute drops, taken posts, etc) to import over to DW, so that way everything's updated and reflects are current userbase before we open reserves and get wires crossed. But it's still the 1st, and we're still opening them today! We're just running a little late, so bear with us.

- STEP ONE: create your DW journals and import their contents under the "organize" hover menu
- STEP TWO: hover & join/subscribe to the four communities listed above
