Plot...?

I'm not sure if this is okay to do or not, but I wanted to post this here to get an idea of two things: The first if something like this would be okay for the mods and the players, and the second if anyone would be interested in playing it out :) Basically Sephiroth's wanting to make a flashy entry after his video post. The conversations he's had with a few people so far are definitely pushing him that way, but I wanted to get permission first since Sephiroth's idea of a 'flashy entrance' would be him probably starting a bit of a fire to get people's attention specifically to see if the higherups of kernos will come out to playand maybe Cloud's as well.

Also, if the burning thing/plot is alright, is there a specific area that you'd like it to be done?
