Troubleshooting

Common Issues

"Authentication Failed"

Make sure you've copied your API key correctly from the Integrations page. The key should be 64 characters long. If you've recently revoked and regenerated your key, make sure you've updated it in Zapier.

"No Accounts Found"

You need to create a Zapier account in Repostra first. Go to Integrations > Social Accounts > Add Account, select Zapier as the posting method, and save it.

"Zap Not Triggering"

Check that your Zap is turned on in Zapier. Also verify that you've selected the correct account in the trigger setup. Make sure the account is active in Repostra.
