Reported lets you submit feedback about NYC taxis in 30 seconds. Reported submits this feedback directly to NYC's 311 system and the NYC Taxi and Limousine Commission, so your complaints and compliments will be taken seriously and acted upon by city officials. We want to make our streets safer for pedestrians, cyclists and passengers and improve the greatest taxi fleet in the world.

Report Creation: If you encounter a driver blocking a bike lane or crosswalk or doing anything dangerous, just snap a photo or video and submit. We'll take care of the rest and make sure the driver is held accountable for their actions.
Management: The dashboard shows all the reports you've made, grouped by their status (such as submitted, summons issued, or hearing). You can change the status of your reports to better track them and access them later on.
