Return and refund

You have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason.

How to Exercise Your Right to Cancel

To cancel an order, please send a written request to support@renda.net, including your full name and order number. The request must be sent within 14 days from the date you received the item or from the time the item was handed over to a third party, other than the carrier.

Refund Process

Once we have received the returned items, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, with no additional fees.

Conditions for Returns

For your return to be accepted, please ensure:

  • The products were purchased within the last 14 days.
  • The products have not been used or consumed. For example, if you open a bottle and notice a defect, such as a cork taint, please reclose it immediately to be eligible for a refund.
  • If the package is damaged upon delivery, you must accept the goods with “reservation”; otherwise, we may be unable to process a refund.
  • The refund request is sent to support@renda.net.

Returning Products

The cost and responsibility of returning products rest with the customer, who should ensure the items are securely packaged to maintain their condition. After we receive your return request, we will send you a prepaid shipping label to cover both shipping costs and label creation.

Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift card for the value of the returned item. Once we receive the returned item, we will send you a gift voucher via email.

If the item was not marked as a gift or if the gift giver received the item directly, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
