Description:

Join Constructor, a next-generation ecommerce search and discovery platform, focused on optimizing revenue, conversion rates, and profit.
Work on a proprietary search engine built in-house, utilizing transformers and generative LLMs, handling over 1 billion queries daily across 150 languages.
Be part of the Core Team, responsible for the foundational systems that ensure fast, reliable, and intelligent interactions at scale.

Requirements:

Strong foundation in computer science, including algorithms, data structures, concurrency, and systems design.
Experience in building and scaling high-traffic, high-availability backend systems.
Proficiency in backend infrastructure design and operation, including deployment automation and observability.
Comfortable working across different layers of the stack, from performance-critical code to production operations.
Eager to learn new technologies in a fast-paced environment and contribute to a positive team culture.
