Join Dwelly, a UK-based AI-enabled lettings and property management platform, as a Staff Software Engineer.

Requirements:

Strong engineering background with experience in delivering complex systems.
Proficient in Node.js + TypeScript and React + TypeScript.
Familiarity with modern TypeScript patterns, tRPC, Drizzle, and SQL (MySQL/Postgres).
Ability to design architectures for fast-changing products with operational constraints.
High autonomy and ownership with strong problem-solving skills.
Understanding of modern AI landscape and agentic workflows.
Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
Higher degree education preferred.
