Remotebase is building a remote work community that connects top tech talent with leading clients.
The company is seeking a talented Fullstack Engineer with a strong foundation in mobile development and preferably experience in the Fintech sector.
The engineer will be responsible for building high-quality Android applications that handle sensitive financial data, prioritizing security, performance, and user experience.
For the frontend, the candidate should have experience with Next.js 15 App Router, React 19, TypeScript 5.7, tailwind CSS 4, shadcn/ui component library, React Query, Redux Toolkit, React Hook Form + Zod, and NextAuth.js v5.
For the backend, the candidate should utilize the NestJS 10 framework, have experience with Prisma 6 and PostgreSQL, implement Passport JWT for authentication, use class-validator and class-transformer for data validation, incorporate Swagger/OpenAPI 3.0 for API documentation, integrate Socket.io for real-time functionalities, and utilize BullMQ and Redis for handling background jobs.
The infrastructure includes PostgreSQL database, Redis for caching and job queues, Docker for local development, AWS services, and pnpm workspaces for monorepo management.
The position is fully remote with flexible timings.

Requirements:

Candidates must have experience with Next.js 15 App Router, including file-based routing and server/client components.
A strong background in React 19, including the latest hooks, server components, and suspense, is required.
Hands-on experience with TypeScript 5.7 in strict mode and type safety is necessary.
Familiarity with tailwind CSS 4 for styling is essential.
Candidates should have used the shadcn/ui component library.
Experience with React Query (TanStack Query v5) for managing server state is required.
Proficiency in using Redux Toolkit for managing client-only UI state is necessary.
Candidates must have experience with React Hook Form + Zod for form validation and NextAuth.js v5 for handling authentication.
For backend requirements, candidates should utilize the NestJS 10 framework and have experience with Prisma 6 as an ORM with PostgreSQL.
Implementation of Passport JWT for authentication and using class-validator and class-transformer for data validation is required.
Candidates should incorporate Swagger/OpenAPI 3.0 for API documentation and integrate Socket.io for real-time functionalities.
Experience with BullMQ and Redis for handling background jobs is necessary.
Strong experience with MCP servers and sub agents is required.
