The role involves working on a full-stack web and mobile product with a large React codebase, emphasizing clean UI, consistent design, and fast iteration.
Extensive use of Tailwind CSS requires strong design intuition and component-level craftsmanship.
Responsibilities include building high-quality, pixel-perfect UI components in React and React Native, taking ownership of features from idea to delivery, implementing backend logic and APIs using Node.js, working with MongoDB for data modeling, ensuring cross-browser and cross-device consistency, writing clean and maintainable code, self-testing thoroughly, and collaborating efficiently in a fast-moving environment.

Requirements:

Expert-level knowledge of React, including hooks, context, component architecture, and performance optimization.
