Description:

Design, estimate, and implement technical solutions for medium to high complexity applications.
Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and priorities.
Recommend and promote engineering best practices (e.g., DevOps, CI/CD).
Contribute to technical decision-making and participate in code reviews.
Identify risks and propose improvements while mentoring less experienced engineers.

Requirements:

Backend (Python): 6+ years of experience in Python development, strong experience with Flask or Django, familiarity with ORMs, proficiency in unit testing, experience in Linux environments, understanding of Docker and Kubernetes, and strong problem-solving skills.
Frontend (React): 6+ years in front-end development with JavaScript/TypeScript, hands-on experience with React, understanding of HTML5/CSS3, familiarity with Node.js/Next.js/NestJS, knowledge of design patterns, experience with testing frameworks, and Agile methodologies.
