Installed on the host PC, it runs in the Windows system tray and provides at-a-glance status and quick access to key controls. From the tray menu, users can start or stop the RemoteView service, temporarily pause remote access, review connection status, open basic settings, check for updates, and access troubleshooting tools such as viewing the agent version or restarting the service.
