Meet CRISP
CRISP LOOKS TO INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS INCLUDING:
Where can we invest?
Regeneration.VC invests where consumer culture meets planetary boundaries — across the industries that shape daily life: fashion, food, electronics, personal care, and the home.
Our geographic focus spans North America (US and Canada), Europe (with a preference for the Nordics, Benelux, and the UK), and Oceania (Australia and New Zealand) — regions where consumer brands, regulation, and innovation converge to lead the next industrial transformation.
We back ventures transforming brand-led value chains end-to-end — from upstream material sourcing and manufacturing to downstream recovery, repair, and reuse. We invest in companies developing hardware, software, and anything in between. Every investment must show early commercial validation and a proven technology ready to operate in real environments.
How do we invest?
We lead or co-lead Seed and Series A rounds with $1–3M checks, backing founders building capital-efficient ventures that can reach scale with less than $100M in total equity.
Our approach targets the “moment of inflection” — ventures that have moved beyond the lab but are not yet on the shelves, where catalytic capital can unlock exponential commercial and impact growth. We focus on companies with clear paths to product-market fit, scalable economics, and measurable environmental outcomes.
This is where our experience in circular and regenerative consumer systems allows us to bridge the gap between proof and adoption — from bold prototype to global supply chain transformation.
What are we looking for?
We look for technologies that either kick or shift the system.
Kick Technologies improve the metabolism of existing supply chains — reducing inefficiencies, waste, and emissions across design, manufacturing, and recovery. They make today’s systems run cleaner and faster, exemplified by companies like Matter, Epoch Biodesign, and Greyparrot.
Shift Technologies go further — they rewrite the rules entirely, dematerializing consumption, modularizing assets, and replacing fossil inputs with biological ones. Ventures like Tulu, Cruz Foam, and Colorifix are shifting the industrial paradigm toward one that operates like nature itself.
Together, these Kicks and Shifts define the transformation we seek to catalyze — a regenerative economy built to serve both people and planet.
