Methodology for climate validation of infrastructure projects
We have developed several dozen technical documents for adapting to the effects of climate change for infrastructure projects. Featured: Paromlin reconstruction project in Zagreb, which was declared by the EIB as the first 100% climate project in the Republic of Croatia.
Established national platform for dialogue in the process of revising the National Energy and Climate Plan
The platform brings together ministries, the academic community, regional and local government units, civil society associations, and the business and financial sectors. The platform was declared one of the best in the EU by the EC.
Integration of energy and climate measures into spatial plans – INPLAN methodology
The methodology enables the integration of climate change adaptation and energy elements into spatial plans. Examples of UPU Luščić and UPU Blok Badel that are innovative in this sense at the EU level.
Adaptation Hubs project
REGEA is the coordinator of the EU Horizon Adaptation Hubs project, which includes partners from each EU member state with the aim of establishing a HUB for climate change adaptation in each of the member states.
Plans to adapt to the effects of climate change and increase resilience
The first serious plans in the Republic of Croatia were developed by REGEA, including those for the City of Zagreb, Krapina-Zagorje and Karlovac Counties.
