Founded in 1986 by master designer Mack a GIA Certified Diamond Grader with more than 45 years of experience, we have been Atlanta’s trusted destination for custom jewelry design, fine diamonds, and heirloom-quality craftsmanship. Every piece that leaves our studio is hand-finished and personally inspected by Mack, which is why clients return for decades. Hours: Monday through Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM, by appointment.

2. Do I need an appointment, and is the consultation free?

3. What is your custom jewelry design process?
Our custom jewelry design process has been refined over more than four decades. It starts with a consultation where we listen to your vision and budget, followed by sketches and a photorealistic 3D rendering so you can review your piece before any material is cast. Once you approve the design, we select your metal, center stone, and accents, then Mack and our master jewelers craft, set, and polish the piece in our Atlanta studio. Every piece is inspected to Mack’s standard before delivery. You Dream It, We Make It.
4. What is the process for creating a custom piece, what is the typical timeline, and what does it cost?
Our custom jewelry design process has been refined over more than four decades. It looks like this:
- Consultation we listen to your story, style, and budget.
- Sketch and 3D rendering you see a photorealistic CAD model of your piece before any material is touched.
- Material selection together we choose your metal, center stone, and accent stones from our inventory or sourced to spec.
- Crafting Mack and our master jewelers hand-set, polish, and finish your piece in our Atlanta studio.
- Final review and delivery every piece is inspected to Mack’s standard before it leaves the studio.
Most custom pieces are finished in 4 to 8 weeks, simple designs in 2 to 4 weeks, intricate or gemstone-intensive work in 6 to 8 weeks or longer.
Pricing depends entirely on your metal choice, stone selection (cut, carat, clarity, color), and design complexity, not a fixed price tag. You control the budget. During your consultation, Mack will show you exactly how each variable changes the cost so you can build the piece that gives you the most value for what you are investing.

Yes, custom engagement rings are at the heart of what we do. 6. Lab-grown or natural diamonds, which should I choose?
Neither is “better.” Lab-grown and natural diamonds are optically and chemically identical; the difference is origin, rarity, and price. Lab-grown diamonds let you get a larger, higher-graded stone for the same budget. Natural diamonds carry the geological history and long-term value that have defined fine jewelry for centuries. Mack walks you through the trade-offs honestly so you can choose what fits your priorities. We carry both, including loose diamonds, and can source any specification on request.
7. Do you offer colored gemstones, vintage jewelry, and Old European or Old Mine cut diamonds?
Yes, these are some of our specialties. We carry sapphires, emeralds, rubies, and rare collector-grade-colored gemstones, alongside a curated selection of vintage and estate jewelry, antique pieces, and vintage-inspired new designs. We also source Old European and Old Mine cut diamonds, perfect for Art Deco settings, heirloom redesigns, and our Rebuilt With Intention program, where we reimagine inherited pieces into something you will actually wear.
8. Do you offer jewelry repair, resizing, and restoration?
Yes, every type of repair, done in-house. Our jewelry repair services cover ring resizing, prong re-tipping and tightening, stone setting and resetting, soldering, laser welding for delicate or platinum pieces, chain and clasp repair, polishing, rhodium plating, and engraving. If a piece is salvageable, Mack can save it.
9. Do you offer financing, trade-ins, appraisals, and insurance replacement services?
Yes, to all four. We offer financing through our sister company Regal Capital Lenders (same ownership), so you can spread the investment over time. We accept gold, diamond, and jewelry trade-ins through the same partnership, honest valuations backed by Mack’s GIA credentials. We provide professional written appraisals for insurance and estate purposes, and our Jewelry Insurance Replacement service works directly with your insurance company if a piece is lost, stolen, or damaged.

Yes. We provide professional written jewelry appraisals for insurance, replacement, and estate purposes, backed by Mack’s GIA Diamond Grader credentials and decades of valuation experience.
If your jewelry is lost, stolen, or damaged, our Jewelry Insurance Replacement service can work directly with your insurance company to recreate or replace your piece. In many cases, we can reproduce the original design with exceptional accuracy, often more faithfully than returning to the original retailer.
