This share logic between Php82
ReadOnlyClassRector, which moved the logic to:ReadonlyClassManipulatorservice, with anonymous check for both rules so can run by rule:ReadOnlyClassRector: skip anonymous, execute normal classReadOnlyAnonymousClassRector: skip normal class, execute anonymous class.
