DowngradeReadonlyClassRector, which moved the logic to:DowngradeReadonlyClassManipulatorservice, with anonymous check for both rules so can run by rule:DowngradeReadonlyClassRector: skip anonymous, downgrade normal classDowngradeReadonlyAnonymousClassRector: skip normal class, downgrade anonymous class.
