## Summary This adds Hawk 0.1.5 to the lint workflow and restores the `hawk.toml` configuration from #19565. The configuration is updated for the current workspace, and unused public APIs are removed or restricted so Hawk passes without warnings. In `hawk.toml`, `preserve-uniform-field-visibility = true` keeps a struct's fields at a common visibility when at least one field requires that scope; for example, Hawk will not make an otherwise-unused field private when a sibling must remain `pub(super)`. Intentional downstream APIs are preserved as exact expectations, including every API restored for Pixi in #20074 along with its build-environment and installer-name integration hooks. The vendored `uv-keyring` crate is excluded to preserve its upstream public API. As an end-user, you can install it with: ``` curl --proto '=https' --tlsv1.2 -LsSf \ https://github.com/astral-sh/hawk/releases/latest/download/cargo-hawk-installer.sh | sh ``` Then `cargo +1.96.1 hawk`.

Summary
Some APIs were made
pub(crate)in recent releases which blocks us from upgrading in Pixi.If possible, it would be very nice if we can use them without patching.
