Summary
Carl and I need to add a deferred check that requires access to
TypeInferenceBuilderinternals, so we're moving thedeferredsubmodule one submodule deeper.Also renamed the submodule
deferredtopost_inference, since the term "deferred" is already overloaded in type-inference building (it can mean "type inference is deferred" and it can mean "runtime execution is deferred, so this expression can see forward references").Test Plan
