RED Box customer?
• A breakdown or incident? The "Troubleshoot my box" section allows you to check the status of your line to assess the network.

• An issue? You can change your appointment with your box technician directly from your app.
• Access incident tracking directly after reporting it.

Changes: Envie de personnaliser vos lignes avec un pseudo et/ou un emoji ? C’est très simple, il suffit de vous rendre sur la pastille en haut à gauche de votre home puis de cliquer sur « Renommer vos lignes » et c’est possible via l’appli ou sur le web !
Optez pour le mode sombre pour une fin d’année zen, reposer vos yeux et maximiser votre batterie, accessible dans «Paramètres » puis « Réglages ». Bonne fin d’année et à très vite sur RED & Moi !
