The space
Recontemporary, located behind the Mole Antonelliana and the National Cinema Museum in the center of Turin, is not a traditional darkroom. On the contrary, it appears as an open space visible from the street: large windows, which can be darkened if necessary, provide a glimpse into our exhibitions and activities, sparking the curiosity of passersby. Moving away from the classic dark and isolated setup, the idea is to create informal and welcoming spaces, free of architectural barriers. Folding chairs are available for all visitors, as well as a restroom accessible to individuals with reduced mobility. Guide dogs are welcome.
Recontemporary is a strategic and versatile space, suitable for hosting a variety of activities.
