Recipe Riser is the simplest way to build a personal cookbook from the web. Save recipes instantly - Share any recipe directly from Safari and it's saved in seconds. Recipe Riser works with more recipe sites than ever, including JavaScript-heavy sites that other apps can't handle. Skip the clutter - No ads, no life stories, no endless scrolling. Version History This version brings the highly requested cloud sync. Now all your devices (iPhone, iPads) that use the same Apple ID with stay in sync. If you've been using Recipe Riser on multiple devices, the data will now merge, so just swipe to delete one of the recipes if there are duplicates. Thanks for supporting an independent developer! 1.93 Jun 3 This update has mostly backend changes on how your recipes are stored. The changes made are in preparation for iCloud sync which is coming in next version; that will allow you to use Recipe Riser on any of your devices and stay in sync as well as replace your phone without fear of losing our saved recipes. Also added is light mode. You can use your system settings to use light or dark mode or set the mode you prefer in the settings of the app. 1.92 May 24 Sharing recipes with others didn't always open correctly. Now they do! Expanded recipe support — Recipe Riser now successfully imports from significantly more websites, including JavaScript-heavy recipe sites that previously failed. Improved share extension — Share directly from Safari more reliably across all sites. UI polish — Empty state improvements, onboarding for new users, and several layout fixes throughout the app. Using custom photos for recipes didn't update them real time, only after reopening the app. Now they do, delicious! ... and lots of bugs squished and efficiencies made. 1.091 Apr 23 Expanded recipe support — Recipe Riser now successfully imports from significantly more websites, including JavaScript-heavy recipe sites that previously failed. You can now load multiple external web recipes in a row without it reloading the same ones. There is also expanded support for more recipe sites and we're adding support for more and more every day. 1.08 11/30/2023 We've made a big redesign to make it more aesthetically pleasing. As well as some new features and fixes: - The ability to hide/show the search bar and paste url bar, and easily swipe them away - Search now searches titles and ingredients - Recipes added in the last 7 days will show up in a new Recently Added sections - Photos now display larger and more prominently 1.07 10/12/2023 Did someone ask for an omelette? Oh, you said umlaut? This version brings some enhancements to language support so we aren't seeing as many weird html tags when we save recipes. Support for ä, ö, and ü and more in app now!
