You can keep the rented number for as long as you need it, provided you maintain an active subscription. There are no time restrictions on the duration of number rental.

Yes you can. However, some services may not work due to their restrictions. Contact the service for their requirements. WE CAN'T GUARANTEE THIRD-PARTY VERIFICATION INITIALLY.It's advisable to test the numbers compatibility before renting. Follow these steps:

1. Visit https://receive-sms.com/numbers.
2. Search for phone numbers.
3. Choose a number and copy it.
4. Paste the number into your registration form on the third-party service.
5. If the third-party service accepts the number, it's safe to proceed with purchasing.

Additionally, we offer a cancellation option with credit back for numbers you never used, provided they have never received an SMS and the cancellation is made within 30 days maximum.

1. Retry the verification process a few times, as temporary network issues can sometimes cause failures.
2. Try using a different device or network, as fingerprinting technologies can occasionally affect the verification process.
3. If the issue persists, contact the support team of the service you’re trying to use for further assistance (e.g., for Telegram: https://telegram.org/support).
4. Utilize the "Cancel" option in your phone number inbox on our platform to get a free replacement number that may work better.
5. If the "Cancel" option is not available in your Receive-SMS inbox, contact Receive-SMS support and request a cancellation.

You can cancel a number and receive full credit back. To do this:

- Open your number inbox and click the three-dots dropdown menu.
- Select "Cancel" from the options.

Yes you can. Logging, and click on Free Credits. Choose from the options available to get a discount or earn free credits.

It's only illegal if you're doing it for shady purposes like committing fraud or other illegal activities. But, if you're just using it to sign up for a legit service that requires phone verification, you should be good to go. Make sure to read the terms of service.

Yes, you can delete your account by logging in and clicking on "Settings". Scroll down and then click on "delete my account." This action is irreversible.
