OUR STRATEGY (2023-2027)
Generally, we identify and prioritize challenges, elaborate solutions inclusively, and implement them in collaboration with relevant stakeholders in our domains of community development interest. Our Current strategic plan runs from 2023-2027. You can read details of the strategic directions for each department below.
Strategic Direction:
Mortality and Morbidity
Support the reduction of mortality and morbidity from avoidable causes of non-communicable diseases, emergencies, and related communicable diseases.
Quality of Life
Improve the quality of life, productivity, entrepreneurial, and leadership capacities, especially for young people and the aged.
Peaceful and enabling environments
: Promote an enabling environment for civic engagement, good governance, inclusion, and sustainable systems
Reduce Inequities
Promote equality of opportunity and reduce inequities in interventions in the domains of interest
Relevant Research
Conduct and promote relevant research to advance evidence-based interventions in the domains of interest
Meaningful Partnerships
Strengthen and build new partnerships and collaborations to advance the achievement of strategic goals.
Organizational Capacity Development:
Strengthen organizational capacity and internal processes and procedures for effective inclusive design, implementation, monitoring, and reporting on goals.
Health
Reduce mortality and morbidity from NCDs and increase quality of life of people living with NCDs and Youths. Support the elimination of NTDs Inclusively response to Health and humanitarian situations.
Environmental Protection
We advocate for responsible enviromental actions through efforts to reduce pollution, secure biodiversity and promote proper waste management, recycling and Sewage Management.
Peace
We aim to promote Peace Building and Conflict Resolution, engage Youth Voices and Civic Engagement, as well as support access to human rights and justice for all through different initiatives. Educate and sensitize the community on Gender Based Violence while promoting equity and inclusion.
Technology
Establish the Silicon GrassFieds, IT voluntary training program and the IT volunteering program to enhance technical use in RADA, partner CSOs and in the community.
Education
Provide formal and informal education to enhance the capacity of communities for Self and Community Development through academic clubs. Support the capacities of young graduates via Community Circles and the Circles Volunteer Programs.
Agriculture
We seek to increase access to healthier food options using Geographical Agriculture (GeoAg) and Green Connekt. We also promote lemon grass cultivation on a large scale for its medicinal and nutritional potential.
