I have Windows 10 Insider Preview on my laptop and my reber Quick is not working. The Huawei Mobile Connect 3G network card is not compatible, I guess. Under Device manager information I have Error code 10. The driver updater says that the driver is up to date.

Firstly, you should update your Windows to the latest version that has been released on 29th of June, 2015. Secondly, use the page listed below to get in touch with the developer, because there is nowhere specified about the compatibility with Windows 10. Insert the device in your computer, then right click the icon in Computer and choose Explore. Locate the setup package and apply a compatibility tweak. Right click it and go to Properties > Compatibility. Use Windows 7 or Window XP and then install it. Reboot the PC, then use Device manager and manually specify a driver for the device. point the installation window to Program Files and locate the Reber Quick folder. Confirm the installation and ignore the errors, then reboot the PC again and it should work.
This is a USB Modem device. To access your Hotmail account, plug the device to the computer and install its corresponding drivers and software. At the end of the installation you might need to restart the computer to finish all pending install operations. If you happen to encounter a warning regarding the driver's installation, accept it to continue with the process. After restart, open Reber Quick and connect. Launch your favorite browser and point it to Hotmail website.
