Discipleship might sound daunting, but at its core, it simply means becoming more like Jesus and following Him in your daily life. At Reality Church, we see discipleship as a lifelong, relational journey—a direction, not a destination. It’s about continual transformation as you walk with Jesus.
No matter where you are in your faith, there’s always a next step to take. We’ve laid out a journey to help you identify and take your next steps at your own pace, in your own season.
We believe every person is somewhere within four areas of spiritual growth: Explore, Believe, Grow, and Influence.
Whether you’re just beginning to ask questions, recently put your faith in Jesus, are deepening your walk, or are ready to begin leading and investing in others, there’s room for you here.
Remember that this journey isn’t rigid. You might find yourself revisiting previous steps, growing in more than one area at a time, or needing a step that doesn’t “fit” where you think you are. That’s completely normal—and even healthy. Discipleship is dynamic, not fixed. What matters is that you keep moving forward with Jesus.
We also believe discipleship happens best in community. Yes, it’s personal—but it’s not meant to be done alone. You grow with Jesus, but also with people who can encourage you, challenge you, and walk alongside you. We encourage you to grow personally, with a trusted friend or mentor, and within a group.
