HOW FIT ARE YOU?
We provide a comprehensive assessment of your overall fitness level. Our scoring is based on absolute standards and specific procedures, and we instantly rate your performance on a scale from 0-1,000 for every test, as well as the overall score.
13 TESTS, 6 CATEGORIES, 1 SCORE
Our tests were chosen from a wide variety of disciplines, including military, first responder and professional sports combines. These tests include:
40 Yard Dash
Standing Broad Jump
Bench Press - 1 Rep Maximum
Run - 5K
Pull-Ups - Max Reps
Plank Hold Time
Medicine Ball Throw
Burpees in 2 Minutes
Back Squat - 1 Rep Maximum
Run - 400M
Wall Sit Time
Push-Ups - Max Reps
60 Yard Shuttle Run
For every score, we rate you on a scale from 0 to 1,000, with the maximum score set to be a world-record equivalent and the minimum score to be the lowest possible performance to earn points.
This series of tests measures your fitness across six different categories:
Speed
Agility
Power
Muscular Strength
Muscular Endurance
Cardiovascular Endurance
Since many of the tests span multiple categories, we also rate your fitness in each category from 0-100. The rating reflects the percentage of possible points earned in that category.
Your overall score is a weighted measure of the individual test scores and fitness category performance. The highest scores are achieved by those who are fit in every category.
NO ONE WILL GET A 1,000 POINT OVERALL SCORE
Our standards are based on the fit population, meaning anyone who can perform the tests. Our standards are continually updated, with a maximum score of 1,000 awarded only for world-record level performances. A score of 500 reflects average performance, while a score of 900 is considered elite. In addition to a numeric score, we give you descriptive feedback to tell you how you rate versus the fit population. Our standards are absolute, which mean no adjustment for age or gender - a true universal measure.
