How Does the Program Work?
Atlas is a leading investor and operator of single-family homes. Our property management service line was designed by investors for investors.
Step 1
Sign a new lease at an Atlas co-owned single-family property.
Step 2
Move into your new home and opt into the Uplift program with no obligation or penalties if milestones aren’t met.
Step 3
Rent your property for 48 consecutive months.
Step 4
Take advantage of the perks of the program and use an Atlas Broker when you are ready to start the homebuying process.

With over 10 years of experience in the real estate industry, Chris holds his real estate license in both Colorado and Texas. He has experience managing a portfolio of over 650 properties in the Greater Denver area and currently owns several investment properties. He is actively involved in flipping houses and condos around the Denver Metro area, and has even successfully managed multiple short term rentals.
