This program focuses on getting you more athletic - specifically focusing on hand speed, foot speed, reaction time, and eye/hand coordination.
The program focuses on the following types of reaction and speed drills:
- Cognitive drills
- Audible drills
- Visual drills
- Speed & agility exercises
In almost every sport it is essential to be able to read and react to certain movements faster than your opponent. This progression training program will allow you to reach a new level of athleticism and quickness that you only see at the professional level!
Reaction time can be an inherent ability, BUT overall response time can be improved using this app with some of the following in app types of exercises:
Detecting the cue - focus on seeing a ball drop or hearing a noise to cue you to quickly react.
Change in attention focus - switch quickly from concentration on the opponent to concentration on other factors in the game
Anticipation - seeing a play develop before it happens (anticipate the ball dropping in a certain area).
