call a spade a shovel —
Your candor is your greatest contender.
It’s a lose-lose — if you confess or refuse.
Your worst is, lest, a shadow of your best.
Pick it up. I know you heard the pin drop.
Just go. Stop is a no-no. Life is like a yo-yo:
Ups and downs — bought, not borrowed.
Pleases and yeses, hi’s and God-blesses…
Wishes diminish, and hope undresses.
Get centered — it’s chess, not checkers.
The board only seems like empty dreams.
Surrender is no pretender; let a spirit live.
Negative thinking won’t make life positive.

The title is catchy however the hole it digs and the content within digs deeper.
