The following is a current list of support groups for families of children and adults with developmental disabilities. It is intended to help families make connections, find supports, and share resources. If you would like assistance finding a support group that meets your particular needs, you may consult your case manager or contact either the Family Resource Network or CARE Parent Network.

Solo para Varones in Spanish, Men Only in English: Every two months, virtual.Last Friday, from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Latinos en Autodeterminacion in Spanish, Latinos in Self-Determination in English: Every two months, virtual.Fourth Wednesday, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Jovenes Soñadores en Accion in Spanish, Young Dreamers in Action in English: Monthly meetings. Meetings alternate between the two counties or change location for special events. Second or third Saturday of the month, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., in Hayward or Antioch.
Madres Unidas in Spanish, United Mothers in English: It is usually the 4th Thursday of the month from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm in Concord
Nikki Ly-Paul Enhanced CM: Vietnamese Parent Support Group- it is usually the first Thursday of the month from 11:00 am to 12:0ppm. They meet in-person at the San Leandro Office and hybrid (Zoom)
Black Parent Monthly Support Group
2nd Monday of every month
at 6 pm – 7 pm
