These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by JJB Ventures LLC, doing business as Raven Media Co (“we”, “us”, “our”). By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Raven Media Co provides web design, development, digital marketing, and customer acquisition services to small businesses. Our services may include website creation and hosting, search engine optimization, ChatBot and VoiceBot customer capture tools, and related marketing services as outlined in your service agreement.
As a client, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials we provide. You agree to provide accurate and current information about your business and to notify us promptly of any changes.
As part of our customer acquisition services, we offer SMS text message notifications to alert you when potential customers contact your business through your website forms, ChatBot, or VoiceBot system.
By providing your phone number and agreeing to receive SMS notifications, you consent to receive automated text messages containing customer inquiry information such as customer name, phone number, email address, and service requested.
Message Frequency: Varies based on inquiry volume to your business.
Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of SMS notifications at any time by contacting us at info@ravenmediaco.com, replying STOP to any message, or notifying your account representative.
No Marketing: SMS notifications are transactional alerts only. We do not send promotional or marketing messages via SMS.
Payment terms are specified in your individual service agreement. Services may be billed monthly, annually, or as one-time fees depending on the service type. Late payments may result in service interruption.
Upon full payment, you own the content created specifically for your business, including website copy and images we produce for you. We retain ownership of our proprietary tools, code frameworks, plugins, and systems used to deliver services.
Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months.
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, we will provide reasonable assistance in transitioning your website and data. Prepaid fees for unused services may be refundable at our discretion.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Raven Media Co from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your business operations, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Johnston County, North Carolina.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active clients of significant changes via email.
