We founded it to help others, especially those interested in learning about yoga and meditation and how they can promote their health and well-being. Our website is dedicated to our readers and practitioners. Ranjana Yoga Class will do its best to preserve the authentic process of yoga practice and promote it for the well-being and health of the world. Whether you are a beginner or a regular practitioner, our website and our yoga and meditation team will help you on your way. The space we have created is a peaceful corner of the internet where you can grow and uplift yourself spiritually.

Our mission is to provide quality and affordable yoga and meditation practices to the world and to help others find balance in their lives. In addition, the health of our practitioners is our priority. Health is an important aspect of our mission; with spiritual practice, we want to teach our practitioners to take care of their health and well-being as well. 

Our Philosophy

Ranjana Yoga Class believes that yoga and meditation are not just physical exercises; yoga and meditation are a comprehensive spiritual practice. However, yoga and meditation have no religious or sectoral beliefs. Therefore, yoga and meditation can be practiced by everyone at all levels and ages. They are practices of well-being. We will help others to do so.

Mrs. Ranjana Sinha

Ranjana is our leading yoga expert. She has over 12 years of experience as a yoga teacher and has completed a yoga degree. She has an MSc. Yoga degree and several other yoga course qualifications. She was also the student of the year in her year on her yoga teacher course. In addition to yoga, she is also a national medalist in athletics. She previously worked as an assistant professor of physical education and yoga and was the department chair. She is also a gold medalist in her BPEd group. She also holds an M.PEd. degree in physical education. 

Ranjana cares for her students and wants them to grow on their spiritual path. Her teaching is both traditional and adapted to modern styles, which is suitable for today’s generation of students. She has worked as a yoga teacher at Kaivalyadhama Institute, where she has taught yoga to all citizens of the world. With her guidance, you can be sure that you will find the right path in authentic Indian yoga practices.

Sourav Adhikari

Sourav helps Ranjana maintain the website; Sourav is Ranjana’s husband, and the website is run by both of them to help others. Sourav also practices meditation regularly and loves to share the benefits of meditation with others. He believes that every person in the world who is facing problems should have the opportunity to experience that meditation can help them on their path. That is why Sourav is working closely with the project to help Ranjana reach as many people as possible.

Both Ranjana and Sourav do not believe that money should be an obstacle in the process of yoga and meditation. Therefore, their goal is to make this website accessible to everyone for free. In doing so, they use their blog platform to reach out to people. However, in order to maintain the cost of hosting the website, some products are offered at very low margins so that they can run the platform.

The primary goal of creating this website is to help others. Because in offline mode, we can only reach a limited number of people; however, with an online presence, the benefits of yoga can reach more people who may not be aware of it.

You can also contact our yoga expert, who will help you find a suitable practice depending on your needs. There may also be a small fee for the consultation. We have decided to charge this fee to avoid unnecessary disruption from spam entries and cyber issues. However, we have kept the fee to a minimum so that any serious practitioner can turn to our yoga expert to seek guidance for their journey.
