Randle & Co was established in 1970 by Michael Randle and in 1987 Randle & Taylor was formed by Michael Randle and John Taylor. Michael Randle retired in 2015 and Nick McCabe then joined John Taylor as a partner. In 2021 Nick McCabe became the sole director with John Taylor retiring in 2024.
