    FAQ

The Discovery Phase is a process that takes place before kicking off the project. In the other words you can call it sprint ZERO. This phase is sure to help the team to understand the scope of the project, your target audience and what it takes to deliver a successful outcome. Spent time on preparation lead to much more efficient time to market.

The business analysis report identifies the technical and non-technical (business) requirements of a solution. It is an evaluation of current goals and how to reach them, what need to be included, milestones, scope decomposition and high level estimates of efforts.

Three choices you have for a design concept:

    1. UI design in Figma (1-2 pages)
    2. Detailed wireframes illustrating the main flow
    3. Comprehensive informational structure

It’s popular to opt for the first two, but our designers recommend beginning with the third for a holistic view.

We want to make sure your project is built right. That’s why we do a technical audit, with an internal custom tool that evaluates the engineering practices, methodology, UX/UI design, database infrastructure, quality assurance, security architecture, and much more.

“Free if we proceed” entails the initial evaluation phase. If you choose to progress, this amount is credited to future invoices, essentially serving as an advance payment.

Skipping out the discovery phase could initially appear cost-effective. Our experience shows this could lead to increased expenses and potential project setbacks.

The price of our digital product discovery services is influenced by several factors, such as your project’s scope, functionality, intricacy, and the research duration. On average, the discovery phase accounts for 10 to 40% of your total project budget.

Product strategy services, known as the discovery stage, are usually conducted by such experts as business analysts, senior software developers, UI/UX designers, and project managers.

The number and type of people involved in your project are completely dependent on your project’s objectives. The team you choose should be able to share your project vision and build up a clear project management process to tailor all the development stages later on.
