Radioservers, LLC -- Affiliate Partner Agreement

This agreement is entered into between Radioservers, LLC and the affiliate applicant upon submission of this form.

Commission structure:

Affiliate earns 10% of the initial sale amount for each new client referred.
Commissions are calculated on net revenue received by the Company, excluding taxes, refunds, and chargebacks.

Payment terms: Commissions are paid within 30 days after the end of the quarter in which they were earned, provided the balance meets the minimum payout threshold of $100.00. Amounts below the threshold carry forward to the next period, or affiliate may request a manual payout.

Disqualification: Commissions may be withheld or reversed in cases of fraud, policy violations, refunded transactions, or chargebacks. Self-referrals are not eligible.

Term and termination: This agreement continues month-to-month. Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, earned commissions on active referred clients will continue to be paid for 90 days.

Tax responsibility: Affiliate is solely responsible for reporting and paying taxes on all commissions received. Company will issue a Form 1099-NEC to U.S.-based affiliates earning $600 or more in a calendar year.

Confidentiality: Affiliate agrees not to disclose the commission rates or terms of this agreement to third parties.
