Limitation of Liability

This User Agreement is binding on you as well as your successors and permitted assigns. In the event any of the terms in this User Agreement are determined to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed severed from the remained of this User Agreement and replaced with a valid and enforceable provision as similar in intent as reasonably possible to the provision so severed, and shall not cause the invalidity or unenforceability of the remainder of this User Agreement.

At Radiate Capital, LLC (“Radiate Capital”), your privacy is very important to us. Below are (i) our Website Privacy Policy, which explains Radiate Capital’s practices pertaining to the collection of information on our public website, and (ii) our general Privacy Policy, which explains how we safeguard the confidential information provided to us by our current, prospective and former clients and investors.
