Don't shoot your eye out! We now support BBCode for tickets, for your formatting enjoyment. We're also setting the stage for an exciting new feature coming to the app soon, and that feature is "behind the curtains" in this release. Keep an eye out for customer communications and for the feature to show up in the app in the next few weeks. Oh, and we killed a few small bugs that were hiding under the stage.

v2.0.4 has arrived!,* Numbers matter, and now you can see exactly how many tickets are in the open and closed states with...numbers!,* Some lists were crashing, which is a very un-list-like thing to do, so we fixed that.,* If you logged out (why would you? Is it us?) there was an occasional crash. No more. Nope.
