       I’m sorry, I can’t do long-distance lessons…if there’s nobody to help you, I’d suggest checking out tuba videos on youtube, listening to lots of music, etc…

       Mattis, after your wonderful concert with the wdr Bigband at the Gloria Theater in Köln I discovered your YouTube videos wdr Bigband personal Sound. Great.
       What Tuba Models are you playing? I am looking for a big band tuba and would be happy if you could provide me with information about your models.

       Hi, I have two F-tubas, a Willson 3200 FA-5 XS and a Miraphone Petrushka. I often use the Willson in the section, the Petrushka has a big, fat sound that is great for solo playing, but sometimes too big for playing with the small bore horns in our section. For stuff that really needs a contrabasstuba sound I use a Miraphone Hagen 5/4. Cheers//Mattis
