Scheme Booklet.
In February 2026, Qube entered into a Scheme Implementation Deed with a consortium led by Macquarie Asset Management (the Consortium) under which the Consortium has agreed to acquire 100% of the shares in Qube by way of scheme of arrangement.
A Scheme Booklet has been prepared to provide information about the Scheme to Qube shareholders, and a General Scheme Meeting will be held on 16 June 2026 for Qube Shareholders to consider and vote on the proposed Scheme.
