Hi. I'm 21.
I like 21. 20 is a teenager who is old enough to know better. 21 is an adult who's young enough to make mistakes. Since I make a lot of mistakes, a license to make them based on biological age is rather appealing. :)
To celebrate this newfound 21-ness, there's going to be a party this upcoming Saturday, December 16th. This party will be from 6:00pm to roughly 4:00am. Said party will feature alcohol, cake, much food, and a generally chill atmosphere with no real scheduled purpose. There will be blankets and mattresses for those who wish to crash; I request you vacate the premises somewhere in the area of noon the next day if you do stay, which you're more than welcome to do. I have a strong desire to get a little tipsy and discuss philosophy, so an optional assignment is to bring a question or issue that we can lounge and chat about. Note that normal rules of alcohol for the U.S.S. Blood Gulch apply -- do not expect to be anything more than a little drunk in my house.
Mr. Donovan Corrick, your presence is requested. DO NOT DENY MY VEINS.
Please RSVP if you're coming, either by comment, by e-mail, or by phoning 374-1392 (the house) and leaving a message. If you're bringing something (please bring something, we are poor), let me know in your RSVP so we can coordinate the existence of all the things a party requires. Good things to bring include soda, booze, chips/crackers/pretzels, pizza, candy, baked goods, and whatnot, or just bring $5 to throw in the pot. If you're broke, don't sweat it, we'd love to see you anyways. |
