QConnect Logistics allows QB Couriers to Perform Deliveries and Pickups. Our couriers are independent / third party contractors who will download this application onto their IPhones and pickup / delivery biomedical equipment to / from our customers.

They can also view their history of pickups and deliveries. 1.3 06/30/2023 This version is an update to QConnect Logistics version 1.1 and is meant to address new requirements by our customers. We provide them with the specific date and time when a courier picked up their equipment. For the drivers, we provide them with a report that identifies the locations that they visited and the number of equipment that they picked up, as shown in the 3rd image. How does this app differ from your Q-Track app? The Q-Track app which we developed several years ago will be retired once QConnect Logistics is fully developed. QTrack required too many manul steps for the courier to effectively use the application and also required the user to enter information such as the make / model and serial number of the devlices being picked up. QConnect Logistics simplifies the pickup process by having the user scan the QR Code of a sticker that is placed on each devlce. The details of the equipment will be processed when the equipment is phycially received at one of our 8 service centers. What features differentiate this app from your other app? In addition to making this application easier to use for the driver, we use location services to identfy the exact location where the equipment is being picked up from. At the scan of the QR code, we are logging the GPS coordinates of the location from which a devices is scanned. This gives us traceability in terms of when (datetime stamp), who (driverid) and where (gsppickuplocation) a device was picked up from the customer.
