Pyrus Digital Media was built on a simple idea: great businesses deserve the opportunity to grow—no matter their size or stage. Founded in San Antonio, Texas, Pyrus is led by Tracie and Ryan, who have worked side by side for more than 12 years. Together, they bring decades of experience across sales, business development, customer acquisition, and digital marketing. With over 30 years of expertise each in their respective fields, they’ve seen firsthand what it takes for businesses to scale—and where many small businesses and startups get left behind. Through their work with Pear Analytics, a well-established digital agency, they recognized a gap in the market. Many growing businesses need strategic marketing support but aren’t always ready for large-agency investment. That insight led to the creation of Pyrus Digital Media. Pyrus is designed to be the starting point—the seed. We provide accessible, high-impact marketing solutions that help early-stage businesses build momentum, establish their presence, and grow with confidence. Kennedy is more than just an 80lb bundle of joy – she’s the heart and soul of Pyrus, infusing every day with tail-wagging excitement and boundless enthusiasm! When she’s not harvesting pears, you’ll find her romping through the dog ranches, chasing balls with the exuberance of a puppy.
With a heart as big as her appetite for treats, Kennedy’s love knows no bounds. She wags her tail at everyone she meets, proving that in her world, there are no strangers, only friends she hasn’t licked yet!
But Kennedy isn’t just a pretty face – she’s got a few tricks up her furry sleeves, ready to perform at the drop of the perfect treat. We are proud to announce that she is the main farmer here at Pyrus.
In the pear fields, Kennedy’s boundless energy and infectious joy remind us all to embrace the simple pleasures in life and approach each day with a wagging tail and an open heart.

Meet Erika,
Project Manager
Erika’s journey sprouted from the rich soil of the University of Texas in San Antonio, where she harvested a Business Management Degree. Her path led her straight to the digital marketing garden and the welcoming embrace of the Pyrus family!
When she’s not navigating the fields of project management, you’ll find Erika blazing trails on four wheels or hiking through the rugged terrain, her middle name might as well be ADVENTUROUS! An explorer at heart, she’s as comfortable zipping through life as she is zipping down a zip line!
Erika’s love for family extends to her favorite four-legged friend, “Nugget.” Fluent in both Spanish and English, she’s a bridge between cultures and can’t wait to add a third language to her linguistic garden!
In the verdant pastures of Pyrus, Erika finds joy in the company of her fellow travelers, cherishing the familial bond and the shared values that blossom like wildflowers in the company’s garden of growth.
